Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to bring in your attention my dissatisfaction with your services provided. I am
one of your customers who took a package that consists of a tour to Barcelona between the 1 st of
November and 14th of November 2019. The office where the payment agreement was done assured
me that this offer is a best-buy, but after some research, I have found the same activities for half of
the price paid, and better conditions.

The package that was purchased, it included entrances for each attraction and hotel stays. When we
arrived at specific monuments the group had to pay from their pockets. Unfortunately, when we
arrived to some hotels they weren’t at the expectations.

Even though the fact that the fare company is well known in the branch, the services are not at the
highest level. These things can be improved by employing capable personnel that can find offers that
are suitable for everyone.

I have been a regular client for your travel agency but now I am completely disappointed. I expect
quality services from you and request you to review this issue with immediate attention. I expect full
refund from your services.

I expect to hear from you as soon as possible.
