Subject: Upgrades regarding the canteen

INTRODUCTION
The aim of this report is to assess the sustainability of improving the staff canteen, regarding the
surveys made among employees and the discoveries made after.

SURVEY RESULTS
To begin with, the surveys showed that the employees were dissatisfied in proportion of 99% by the
services offered by the canteen staff. The survey was conducted on 400 people showing that the
canteen staff needs immediate replacement. All the people surveyed have been working in the
company for over two years. Besides the fact that people were not pleased by the services offered
by them, they also said that the staff was rude and the food was cooked in old pans and served in
dishes and trays that have been purchased when the company had been founded, in 2000.

RECOMMENDATIONS
It is highly recommended to change the actual canteen staff, in order to get maximum work
efficiency from the employees. Moreover, buying new pans, dishes and trays would be a great
investment for the future staff, to cook more flavourous meals. Furthermore, buying chairs and
tables where employees could eat is a great idea, while as now they are eating at their desks.

CONCLUSION
Taking all of the above into account, the survey reached its aim, namely highlighting the problems
the employees face.
