Test Certificate : This Test Certification covers the above product having been strictly tested on no load inspection
according with Performance, Workmanship. Quality Management Systems of both Gearbox and
Motor manufacturers.

Warranty Certificate: This Warranty Certification covers the above product supplied free from any material defects in workmanship
and materials for a period 18 months from Invoice date or 12 months from Commissioning date, whichever
is earlier, and provided that correct use and maintenance were fulfilled properly. This Warranty constitutes
the only warranty with respect to the above products and shall not extend to losses or damage resulting
from other causes, including without limitation, installation, misuse, transportation, or, failure to exercise
ordinary care thereof. The maximum liability of the company shall in no event exceed
the price paid for the above products
