Sheikhupura, road Lahore July-2019 to till Date.

  Control all measuring point of HVAC and Compressor, Chiller, Cooling tower , RO plant, Dryers

Responsibilities:
 Operation and surveillance of distillation columns & fermentation and Ethanol Dehydration unit of
INTERIS French Technology on DCS (YOKOGAWA, SIMENS) for continual Quality
improvement of the product as a process improvement of Shift Leader.

 Assist in the erection, commissioning, installation and start up of Petro chemical plant.

 Carried out all required operational changes, and procedures of fermenters,

 DCS operations using computer for smooth monitoring and controlling of the plant.

 Monitoring all equipments of all distillation units on regular basis for better result.

 Plant shutdown and startup procedures with complete command on trouble shooting.

 Managing to all staff on their right position according to requirement.

 Monitor the chemical dozing on the pre fermentation area.

 Provide the technical support to operation team for fermentation and for conservation into alcohol.
