As you might have noticed, I chose a blank paper, a white one
with no design to write these simple words, simple yet
promising, promising yet challenging because it is untainted,
just like our iGV culture : raw, new and fresh .

I am and I will never be good with fluffy and motivational

messages because I am a man of actions. 

I, Omar Al Wenzerfi, dare the bravest of you, Ruspinians, to

come seize this opportunity.

- No application will be accepted unless it is sent to all 3 emails.
- You will be informed by the interview date 24h before it 
 Eligibilty & Notes 
- Eligibilty to apply : full availibility ( physical ) from the 23rd of july to the 10th of
september in Monastir. 

- Note : you will be applying for EP buddy position.

- Note : Your JD is : 
       - Track the performance of the EP during the project 
       - Ensure the complete satisfaction of the EPs 
       - A realized EP is a completed one in Ruspina, you will be                                    
accountable for that 
       - Send regular reports to the head of the OC 
  - Note : you have one KPI : Completion rate of 100% and all the OC will be
accountable for that.
- Note : there will be no OCP for this OC but the head of the OC will be the PD
manager : Siwar zmerli, which means you will be accountable to her and only to
her. 
 Questions 

1) Please provide a motivation essay of no more than 200 words stating why you
want to apply for this position. ( 201 words will not be accepted ). 
2) Please state your key learnings from any position you held in AIESEC. ( One
sentence for each key learning per position ) 
3) You have an EP who is threatning to leave the project and go back home.
Please state a solution ( a technical/practical one in case of failure of
communication with the EP ), please try to give a plan A and a plan B. 
4) You have an EP who's underperforming in the project, please provide a
practical solution to get him to perform again ( avoid the fluffy " I will talk sense
to him " and " I will try to convince him " as your application will be rejected in
case you put that. Give a practical solution ! ) 
5) Please state 3 fun activities for EPs.
