Bain hires for the role of a Junior Consultant from IIM-C
As a Junior consultant, you expected to -
• Develop a plan to solve the client’s problems,
• Execute the analysis,
• Translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations
Successful Bain JCs are recognized not only for their excellent analytical skills but
also, for their interpersonal abilities and team skills. Given the workload and
performance expectations of this position, JCs are regularly required to work more
than 60 hours/week to perform essential duties of the job. Skills required:
 Problem-solving: Consulting is all about helping clients to overcome their

analyze a situation and formulate an effective solution. Team experience and
