Battle of the Band

Introduction
Do you know that the Battle of the Band is one of
the most awaited event of the year? Combining music, foods, and
school spirit for a good cause. This event brings together the
entire school with the college student and teachers all coming to
support the amazing talent we have.

Description of the Event


The battle of the band is a music competition that
will be held at Phinma Araullo University, in which two or more
bands compete for the title of the “Best Band of the Year”. The
battle is a showcase of a creative talent of Araullians. In that
spirit, each band must create an original band name and logo
specifically for the band. All competing groups will receive band
photos shot by the schools photographer, and the top three bands
will be recognized on stage at the event. The first-place band
will receive a prize package, a cash prize and a certificate. The
venue for this event shall be Araullo Gymnasium that can
accommodate 2,000 audiences and the official date for the said
event is on December 18, 2020 and exactly start at 5:00 pm.
This proposal is align with the purpose of the event
which is to showcase the student’s talent and also to entertain a
lot student and teachers of Phinma araullo University.

Experience of the Event

Being very event optimistic is a good thing, but


when it comes to event planning, your job is to make sure
everything runs smoothly. We the group 2 of HRM-A1-1 have conducted
a battle of the band that will rock your world and bring solace in
your soul. We are providing you the variety of musicians that will
exhibit their talent as an opportunity to show what they’ve got.
While you enjoying the event, let’s find out the
Event organizer’s experience.
The Team make sure that they surprise people and
create the wow effect, exceed their expectations in the ordinary
things. They are doing a lot of things, the Host, making sure that
she correctly follow the program. The coordinator is super busy
because she want to make sure that there is no problem. The
volunteers can also enjoy the battle, it will be so much pleasure
for them to help throughout the program. It can be a stepping stone
for them to gain more experiences, meet new people and create more
memories. The volunteers can have the great chance to show what
they’ve got and give their best for the event. And also the
teachers can have a good time to release their stress.

Venue and Facilities offered

The best venues for business or event are in locations


that everyone can get to easily and also have an inspiring
surroundings- great for encouraging people at the event and perfect
for the photographs that go along with battle of the band.
The Battle of the Band will be held at Phinma Araullo
University Gymnasium which is good for 1,500 audiences. The
facilities offered a food station, restroom, clinic, and rooms for
the contestant, for the judge and for the special guest. When the
people entered at the front door, the volunteers will assist them
and guide them on the event, and the parking lot will be located
at the back of gymnasium. The Event team make sure that the venue
and facilities are safe, so the students and teachers can enjoy
the night without problem.

Every event create a program because it is one of the


most important on organizing an event, without program your
event will not work or will be unsuccessful.

said event proposal has been proposed in order to raise funds

The Theme
Rock and Roll
The event theme will be Rock and Roll. We want a
theme that is sure to get people on their feet, it is ideal for
live entertainment and will get guests excited in anticipation. It
makes your event alive.
The Stage Design
A solid stage design enhances guest experience and
wows your audience even before they saw the performances. So we
make our stage event colorful.

Sandwich and Drinks


The event also provide snacks for the VIP guest. A
sandwich and drink per head which distributed in the entrance.

The ticket is your voucher that’s indicate that you is
entitled to admission to an event.
