ANTI-MIGRANT 2L

CLASSIFICATION:
A propoxylated long chain alcohol, water soluble, anti-migrant
compound for pigment pad dyeing work.

PROPERTIES:
Appearance - Clear, colorless liquid
Solubility - Slightly hazy in water
Active Content - 100%
pH (2%) - 4.6 +- 0.4
Density - 8.5 lb/gal

GENERAL COMMENTS:
ANTI-MIGRANT 2L is useful in pack and skein dyeing of cellulosics,
polyesters and blends with disperse dyes to provide full and even
color and shade development.

ANTI-MIGRANT 2L is most effective in continuous pigment pad dyeing

applications where dispersion of the color is essential to provide
a full and even color and shade depth. The effect of varying
temperatures on color migration is minimized with this product.

In screen-printing, ANTI-MIGRANT 2L will reduce screen clogging,

provide eveness of prints and improve the color value of pigments
or dyestuffs being used.

In pigment pad dyeing and dye printing, ANTI-MIGRANT 2L will

provide even, level applications of the colorant and result in a
soft hand to the printed or dyed fabrics.

APPLICATION:
Applications recommended at 2.0 to 5.0% levels to provide optimum
efficiency for the ANTI-MIGRANT 2L for pigment printing.

For package or skein dyeing the recommended level of 2.0 to 5.0-

o.w.g. in the dye-bath to provide optimum results.
