Camera issue Resolution

If you are facing issues in using webcam for the Wheebox Proctored test, please go through the following
steps to resolve the issue -

1. Make sure that the webcam is attached and it is functional. If you are using an external webcam, please
make sure that the webcam is attached properly to the desktop/laptop.
2. Please make sure that no other application is using the webcam while you are trying to appear for the
assessment.
3. Please make sure that you are using the latest version of compatible browser. For best results, Please
open the test in Google Chrome/Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft edge.

Additionally, you can also go through the following steps to resolve camera related issues -

A. Click on the Lock icon on the top-left side of the page as displayed in the image below. The click on the
drop down corresponding to the camera icon. From the values presented there, Click on Allow.

B. You will be asked to Reload the webpage. Click on the Reload button when prompted.

C. Click on Continue button.

D. The camera issue will be resolved and you can move to the next item.
