Abstract – In this paper presenting the survey of Two case study which is Analysis, Observation and true
absolute Reading With Varying Radiation ,Temperature, Time,Tilt Angle of solar Photovoltaic harvesting
system. In First case study observed the characteristics of voltage and current or voltage and power for different
solar radiation and temperature respectively. In second case we observed and analysis the performance of PV
module in series or parallel connection with respect to I-V and V-P characteristics. In this survey, presenting the
various characteristics which are respected to the Power –Tilt Angle and Power- Radiation, t different time and
days. This survey is important because India has a relatively many hot day for more than nine month and
partly cloudy sky for rest three month. Many installation has been done on using polycrystalline photovoltaic
module in collecting solar radiation and converting it into electrical energy but most of the installation did not
take into accounts the difference of the sun angle of incidence by installing the panels in the fixed orientation
which influences very highly. To track and find the Maximum Power Point (MPP) there are some point to be
noted like: Modules should be oriented south facing to receive maximum sunlight, The Modules produce more
power at low temperature and full sun, Tracking the Sun increases the amount of power from an array. So to get
maximum power .it is nothing but the true combination of Radiation and Tilt Angle of Solar module . In this this
paper shows various relation which is affected to get maximum power from solar Photovoltaic polycrystalline
module and also present various Tools

Abstract – The usage of Lithium-ion (Li-ion) batteries has increased significantly in recent years due to their long
lifespan, high energy density, high power density, and environmental benefits. However, various internal and
external faults can occur during the battery operation, leading to performance issues and potentially serious
consequences, such as thermal runaway, fires or explosion. Fault diagnosis, hence, is an important function in the
battery management system (BMS) and is responsible for detecting faults early and providing control actions to
minimize fault effects, to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the battery system.

Abstract – This project represents the hybrid energy system using solar and wind energy sources for the
control of street lighting on highways. Solar-Wind Street light is an intelligent, small scale, and off grid LED
lighting system. The components used in this project are solar panel, wind generator system (PVC blowers),
Dynamo, LDRs, battery, LED light, charge controller. The energy stored in battery during day time due to solar
panel, get extracted by LEDs during the night time (because LDRs get activated due to absence of sun light).
Wind also charges the batteries due to wind which is used for glowing street light. The wind turbine is specially
designed to generate energy by utilization of natural wind and wind turbulence created by the moving vehicles on
the highway. Winds from all the direction are utilized by this turbine. This turbine is self-starting, easy to
installation, low in cost and suitable for both high and low wind speed. The advantage of this idea is to avoid
daily running cost and make the system purely off-grid. In this prototype, 12V DC system to supply energy to the
lights is used.

Abstract – In a cellular network, the demand for high throughput and reliable transmission is increasing in large
scale. One of the architectures proposed for 5G wireless communication to satisfy the demand is Massive MIMO
system. The massive system is equipped with the large array of antennas at the Base Station (BS) serving multiple
single antenna users simultaneously i.e., number of BS antennas are typically more compared to the number of
users in a cell. This additional number of antennas at the base station increases the spatial degree of freedom
which helps to increase throughput, maximize the beamforming gain, simplify the signal processing technique
and reduces the need of more transmit power. The advantages of massive MIMO can be achieved only if Channel
State Information (CSI) is known at BS uplink and downlink operate on orthogonal channels - TDD and FDD
modes.

Abstract – Information is the primary source of any industry including it and the non-IT sector. Every industry
spends most of its expenditure on the security of data either stored on a local server or on the cloud. Lots of
existing techniques are available to protect data from unauthorized access. Existing techniques like cryptography,
steganography and watermarking are used to protect data with some limitations. Proposed system focus on data
security by hiding it behind the video as a carrier and then transmitting it over unsecured wireless media. It is
expected to have a better outcome than any other existing technique with the primary Moto of hiding data at any e
bit position of carrier object.

Abstract – This study is aimed to create a system which is an embedded system using Raspberry Pi to observe the
changes of weather. Our aim is to research the parameter and do the evaluation of some techniques in predicting
these temperatures and weather. In this study, we discuss a monitoring system which gives us environmental
information by which we know about whether more information about the local area. This system could monitor
surrounding weather and bring out the weather conditions like humidity, temperature, pressure, light intensity,
moisture, and rainfall. This system is developed by raspberry pi3 which is open source hardware. We use some
sensors which collect various environmental data. Raspberry pi transmits data through WI-FI and the data will be
displayed on the laptop and the display of the system. Here we generally tend to investigate the records of given
parameters and to observe their predictions for a particular length by the usage of the approach of autoregressive
incorporated transferring average (ARIMA). The statistics from meteorological centers have been taken for the
contrast of techniques using applications along with forecast, time date in automated prediction strategies which
can be available within the bundle implemented for modeling with ARIMA strategies.

Abstract – CCTV (Closed Circuit Television) or video surveillance is a useful technology that is mainly used for
security purposes. It can be found at many places from public to private locations. The video footage captured by
the cameras are stored in secondary devices like pen drives, hard disk drives. The most challenging problem in
CCTV camera is storage space occupied by the footage. Because each day, the camera captured a large amount of
data and stored it. But some of these data may be useless when there is no activity is performed. Hence
compression techniques are used to reduce the storage space. We are proposing an idea to optimize the storage
space by reducing the redundant frames. By comparing the adjacent frames and the redundant frames are deleted
between the adjacent frames of the video.

Abstract – Now a day’s Internet of Things (IoT) is an emerging concept, which is going to connect
billions of devices with each other. The IoT devices sense, collect, and transmit important information
from their surroundings. To exchange such a huge amount of information among billions of devices it
creates a massive energy need. Optimized IoT device algorithms envisions the concept of reducing the
energy consumption of IoT devices through reducing their energy requirements by optimizing
algorithms used to sense, collect and transmit data. Inspired by achieving a sustainable environment for
IoT. We first give the overview of IoT and the challenges that are faced due to excessive usage of energy
hungry IoT devices. We then discuss and evaluate the strategies used to minimize the energy
consumption in IoT, such as designing energy efficient datacenters, energy efficient transmission of data
from sensors, and design of energy efficient policies. Moreover, finally we critically analyze the IoT
algorithms and strategies and propose optimization principles that can be adopted to achieve optimized
IoT devices.

Abstract – Digital info out there on the net is increasing day by day. As a result of this, the demand for
tools that facilitate individuals to find and analyzing of these resources also are growing in variety. Text
Classification, particularly, has been terribly helpful in managing the information. Text Classification is
that the method of assignment language text to 1 or a lot of classes supported the content. Its several
necessary applications within the globe. As an example, finding the sentiment of the reviews, denote by
people on restaurants, movies and different such things area unit all applications of Text classification.
During this project, focus has been ordered on Sentiment Analysis that identifies the opinions expressed
in a very piece of text. It involves categorizing opinions in text into classes like 'positive' or 'negative'.
Existing works in Sentiment Analysis centered on decisive the polarity (Positive or negative) of a
sentence. This comes below binary classification, which suggests classifying the given set of
components into 2 teams. The aim of this analysis is to handle a unique approach for Sentiment
Analysis known as Multi category Sentiment Classification. During this approach the sentences area
unit classified below multiple sentiment categories like positive, negative, neutral then on. Classifiers
area unit engineered on the prognostic Model, that consists of multiple phases. Analyses of various sets
of options on the info set, like stemmers, n-grams, tf-idf then on, are thought of for classification of the
info. Totally different classification models like Bayesian Classifier, Random Forest and SGD classifier
area unit taken into thought for classifying the info and their results area unit compared. Frameworks
like wood hen, Apache driver and sickest area unit used for building the classifiers

Abstract – The restructuring of the Maharashtra State Electricity Board is changing the power scenario in
the state. Within a span of one year, the restructuring has started yielding good results and there seems a
great promise for the future of the power sector in the state. Proper restructuring of an electrical utility is
possible only by proper analysis of the randomly varying parameters of the entire system. The analysis
of these randomly varying parameters is done using various statistical methods. These statistical
methods include probability distribution functions like Weibull Distribution, Beta Distribution. For the
purpose of proper planning and forecasting the average values of these parameters are calculated by the
above said methods and are compared with arithmetic mean.

Abstract – The coin-based mobile battery charger developed in this paper is providing a unique service to the
rural public where grid power is not available for partial/full daytime and a source of revenue for site providers.
The coin-based mobile battery charger can be quickly and easily installed outside any business premises. The
mobile phone market is a vast industry and has spread into rural areas as an essential means of communication.
While the urban population use more sophisticated mobiles with good power batteries lasting for several days, the
rural population buys the pre-owned mobile phones that require charging frequently. Many times battery becomes
flat in the middle of conversation particularly at inconvenient times when access to a standard charger isn't
possible. The coin-based mobile battery chargers are designed to solve this problem. The user has to plug the
mobile phone into one of the adapters and insert a coin; the phone will then be given a micro-pulse for charging.
It does not bring a mobile from 'dead' to a fully charged state. The charging capacity of the mobile is designed
with the help of pre-defined values. It is, of course, possible to continue charging the mobile by inserting more
coins. This compact and lightweight product is designed to cater to the growing number of rural mobile users
worldwide. A suitable microcontroller is programmed for all the controlling applications. The source for charging
is obtained from the direct power grid and solar energy in case of non-availability of grid power.

Abstract – LPWAN technologies are becoming popular nowadays as it is a long-range wireless
technology and one such technology is LORA/LORAWAN. The change in temperature of the
environment has a drastic effect on various parameters of LoRa. Temperature can have a significant
impact on energy consumption which also depends on different parameters such as spreading factor,
path loss exponent, temperature, payload, and coding rate. The impact of these parameters directly or
indirectly affects the throughput and range of the LoRa network. In this paper, we have analyzed the
energy model of LPWAN concerning different parameters at different temperatures. Considering the
energy model we evaluated the impact of various parameters on throughput which give us an overview
of the rate of data which is to be transferred from the source at any given time. Further, we have
analyzed the impact of temperature on the range using throughput, which depend on temperature
variation, at different values of the path-loss exponent. Our study shows that how the change in
temperature can have a significant impact on energy consumption, throughput, and range of LPWAN to
have long-range communication in wireless communications and provide a significant range of
LoRaWAN at different temperature.

Abstract – Content Based Image Retrieval is an interesting and most emerging field in the area of ‘Image
Search’, finding similar images for the given query image from the image database. Current approaches
include the use of color, texture and shape information. Considering these features in individual, most of
the retrievals are poor in results and sometimes we are getting some non relevant images for the given
query image. So, in this seminar a method in which combination of color and texture features of the
image is used to improve the retrieval results in terms of its accuracy. For color, color histogram based
color correlogram technique and for texture wavelet decomposition technique is implemented. In
Content Based Image Retrieval, color and texture based image retrieval computes image features
automatically from a given query image and these are used to retrieve images from database more
efficiently.

Abstract – This paper describes a mobile ad hoc network (MANET) is a collection of digital data
terminals that can communicate with one another without any fixed networking infrastructure. Since the
nodes in a MANET are mobile, the routing and power management become critical issues. However,
due to the slow advancement of battery technology, battery power continues to be a constrained resource
and so power management in wireless networks remains to be an important issue. This scheme works
with existing routing algorithms of all categories. It aims at achieving energy conservation in a manner
fair to all network nodes. Though many proactive and reactive routing protocols exists for MANETs the
reactive dynamic source routing (DSR) protocol is considered to be an efficient protocol. But, when the
network size is increased, it is observed that in DSR overhead and power consumption of the nodes in
the network increase, which in turn drastically reduce the efficiency of the protocol. In order to
overcome these effects, in this paper it is proposed to implement overhead reduction and efficient
energy management for DSR in mobile ad hoc networks.

Abstract – Arithmetic has gained high impact on the overall performance of today’s financial and
commercial applications. Decimal additions and multiplication are the main decimal operations used in
any decimal arithmetic algorithm. Decimal digit adders and decimal digit multipliers are usually the
building blocks for higher order decimal adders and multipliers. FPGAs provide an efficient hardware
platform that can be employed for accelerating decimal algorithms. In order to convoy the growing
evolution of the decimal arithmetic, efficient decimal algorithms have to be investigated. Decimal digit
adders and decimal digit multipliers are key components of any decimal hardware to support decimal
arithmetic applications. Therefore, this work focuses on delivering efficient BCD digit units to be used
in high performance decimal hardware accelerators. Two main contributions of this work can be
highlighted: proposing two new BCD digit adders and proposing one new BCD digit multiplier. These
designs are described and simulated using VHDL hardware description language. They are all
implemented on an FPGA an compared with existing designers.

Abstract – At the instant, Most of the attendance systems that are getting used in universities still are
written a bit of paper. For classes, tutorial and laboratory session the students still has got to sign the
signature on the attendance sheet. This method isn't flexible because the danger of losing the attendance
data is extremely high. If the attendance sheet is missing, the attendance data are going to be lost. A side
from that, unethical problem could also be occurring like cheating in signature. For instance, a student
doesn't attend his class but his attendance form has been signed by another student. This technique is
proposed to beat these problems. Besides that, since the proposed system also record the time, the
lecturer can monitor the punctuality of the students too. “SMART ATTENDANCE SYSTEM” may be a
system which will take an attendance by using information extracted from the fingerprint Database
Handling System. Before this lecturer must use the paper to urge the student’s attendance. There have
been tons of problems when using the paper as student attendance like cheating. This system can help
lecturer to scale back the matter like that intentionally automatic attendance using fingerprint.

Abstract – Multirate techniques are now very popular in digital signal processing. Multirate sampling
plays an very important role in the world of communication. They are particularly effective in subband
coding, and various techniques for economical information saving have been developed. Their function
is to alter the rate of the discrete-time signals, which is achieved by adding or deleting a portion of the
signal samples. Multirate sampling is used in conversion of sampling rate. Firstly this paper gives an
overview on multirate sampling. And this paper also gives an reviews on Digital filters. "Multirate"
simply means "multiple sampling rates". A multirate DSP system simply uses more than one sampling
rate within the system. In many systems, multirate DSP increases processing efficiency, which reduces
DSP hardware requirements. During the last decade, however, they have increasingly found applications
in new and emerging areas of signal processing, as well as in digital communications.

Abstract – The enormous growth of industries has caused a considerable growth in atmospheric pollution in the
form of dust, coal dust, ash and chemicals in industrial areas. Along with contributing geographical factors such
as proximity of coastal areas, salt deposits, smog, rain etc. serious damage and maintenance problems are caused
for power on these transmission lines provide a conducting path, resulting in flashover, which in turn cause power
disruptions to industries affecting production. To arrest such contamination of insulators, it is necessary to have a
regular program of cleaning at regular intervals. The earlier solution to the problem was to de energize the line or
sub-station and have workmen climb up and clean the insulators in a tried and proven method of “hand rub”,
which entails physical manual cleaning. In today’s ever increasing demand for electrical energy this process
proves to be uneconomical as the power industry does not make money unless electricity is flowing.

Abstract – A major problem today for car owners is that they are in constant fear of having their vehicles stolen
from a common parking lot or from outside their home. Image processing based real time vehicle theft detection
and prevention system provides an ultimate solution for this problem. In his project, a low-cost extendable
framework for smart car security system is proposed, which consists of a FDS (Face Detection Subsystem), a
GPS (Global Positioning System) module, a GSM (Global system for Mobile Communications) module and a
control platform. The system described in this project automatically take photos of driver and compares his or her
face with database to check whether he is an authenticated driver or not. The face detection subsystem bases on
optimized PCA (Principle Component Analysis) algorithm and can detect faces in cars. The other modules
transmit necessary information to users and help to keep eyes on cars all the time, even when the car is lost. This
system prototype is built on Android Board, controls all the processes. The owner is made able to perform car
stopping through the message from his mobile. The GPS module in the car detects the location of the car. So by
this system, the identification of the thief and the location of the car are simply smarter and cheaper than
traditional one.

Abstract – Mn doped perovskite single phase 95BiFeO3–5BaTiO3 (95BLFO–5BT) multiferroic ceramic was
prepared by a Sol-Gel method. XRD studies showed perovskite rhombohedral structure in space group R3c with
weak traces of impurity phase in as prepared sample. SEM studies reported Mn additive act as a grain growth
activator which increases grain size. Dielectric behavior of Mn doped 95BiFeO3–5BaTiO3 was studied at
different temperature and frequencies. The considerable increase in dielectric constant and dielectric loss was
observed in Mn modified 95BiFeO3–5BaTiO3. High dielectric constant (≥ 102), for frequency < 100 kHz at
higher temperature and low loss (tan δ ≤ 1) at lower temperature are also observed. The remnant polarization was
found to be > 1.6 μC/cm2. The considerable increased in saturation magnetization value for Mn modified
95BFO–5BT was found to be 0.3 emu/g at the applied magnetic field of 5 KOe. A specific study of dielectric
properties of Mn doped 95BiFeO3–5BaTiO3 ceramics by broad investigation of temperature and frequency
dependent dielectric behavior is also reported in this paper

Abstract – In this paper we introduce a UPQC in a grid coupled DFIG wind farm distribution system
improving the power quality on the source and load side. The UPQC is further developed with
integration of a solar panel (PVA- Photo Voltaic Array) of specific capacity in parallel with DC link
capacitor. The PVA injects power into the series and shunt converters which helps the distribution
system to maintain the voltage at 1 pu and current of the source with lower harmonic distortion. Results
of the test system without UPQC, with UPQC and UPQC with PVA are compared by applying FFT
(Fast Fourier Transformation) analysis to depict the THD of the source voltage, source current and load
voltage. Effect of UPQC with PVA on DFIG wind farm is also observed with comparative analysis and
study. The complete design and analysis is modeled in MATLAB software with self-explanatory
graphical representations. A tabular comparison of the THD values will be shown as a final result and
performance of the system is determined.

Abstract – From the start coal mining has gained enormous importance and also hatred for the protection
of the miners. Explosions in mines are generally because of availability of gases like Methane.
Underground mining perils incorporate suffocation, gas harming, rooftop breakdown and gas blasts.
Remembering every one of these angles we planned a framework, i.e. smart helmet using Arduino
technology for monitoring the hazardous gases, abnormal temperature conditions and therefore the
humidity levels within the air. The improved safety features in our system dramatically increased
anticipation of the coal miners by alerting them about the hazards. In our system, the helmet has the
circuit with four sensors i.e. Temperature, humidity, gas and oxygen level to watch the conditions in
coal pit. If there's any hazardous situation within the mine the helmet have the protection provisions for
the miners and also for outdoor operators by making the buzzers active which is occurred in positioned
within the helmet in order that a miner can leave coal mines and create a chance to rescue his life from
the hazard

Abstract – The melt flow index analyzer is a machine used in many plastics, toys making, good manufacturing
and also in Automobile industries. Because today's 30-40% components of any device is made by plastic.
Therefore the use of machine is to decide the quality and grading of the plastic which is to be used for different
purposes. As in electrical engineering there is class A, class B, Class F, class Y etc. types of grading of insulators,
similarly plastics have different types of grading. Now suppose we have to make dashboard of vehicle and a
drinking water bottle by plastic. So the same material cannot be used for making dashboard and bottle. The
material used for making dashboard should be tough, strong and should enough robust. But material used for
bottle should be light in weight, soft etc. Above mentioned qualities and properties of plastics are decided by the
MFI machine. This paper depicts how to decide a grading of plastic using MFI machine with minimum cost.
Currently industrialists want to design the goods with an optimal properties and minimum costs. One of the
requirement for quality control of thermoplastics is determination of volume and mass flow rates. To ensure in
industry that production is reproducible we must control this index. M Flow extrusion plastometer can be used to
determine the melt mass flow rate (MFR) and melt volume flow rate (MVR). Typical uses are in quality assurance
and goods inwards checks. The purpose of the determination of MFR and MVR index is up quick and
inexpensive to know the basic properties of thermoplastics processing, which is the flow rate. Knowledge of the
quality of the material that it’s introduced into the manufacture makes it much easier to select process parameters
(injection molding, extrusion), reduces the time and minimizes the cost of production preparation.

Abstract – Global environmental concerns and the escalating demand for energy, coupled with steady
progress in renewable energy technologies, are opening up new opportunities for utilization of
renewable energy resources. Solar energy is the most abundant, inexhaustible and clean of all the
renewable energy resources till date. Global warming has led to the large adoption of Electric
Vehicles(EVs) which appear to be the best replacement to IC engines. Due to increased number of EVs
on road, charging of the vehicles with conventional fossil fuel based grid is not economical and
efficient. Thus, a renewable energy based charging station finds immense potential and control for
electric vehicle charging. An electric vehicle charging station integrating solar power and a battery
energy storage system (BEES) is designed for current scenario. For uninterrupted power in the charging
station an additional grid support is also considered without becoming an extra burden to the grid. By
taking dynamic charging needs of EVs, the design of charging station is formulated and validated in
LAB VIEW software.

Abstract – In the sunny days, when the ultra violet rays scattered on the solar panels, the energy is collected and
stored in a battery. In this paper, we are going to introduce a solar photo voltaic cells for collecting rays from the
sunlight and using this solar array transforming this mechanical energy to electric energy. In this system, the
supply for the irrigation is given by electricity stored in the battery collected through sun rays in the rural areas
where there is scarcity of electricity. In this solar kit, the Automatic solar tracker have been introduced which
stimulates and increases the efficiency of the solar panels which moves according to the direction of the sun rays.
By photovoltaic effect, a solar photovoltaic(PV) cell is an electric device which convert the light energy into the
electric energy directly. A photoelectric cell is defined as a device whose electrical characteristics like current,
voltage, resistance, vary when exposed to light. Solar cells are the basement for any photovoltaic modules panels.
As a photo detector, the solar cells are used for detecting the light near the visible range or measuring the light
intensity. Also interfacing the different sensors in farm and manipulating and control their data on monitor using

Abstract – The main purpose of the system is detection of location as it is been challenging to detect location in
hilly areas and the area which has low network and cannot be accessible which leads to insecurity and it helps the
driver to be on track.Lane detection is an essential component of Advance Driver Assistance system (ADAS).
Many different approaches have been proposed till today by researchers but still it is a challenging task to
correctly detect the road lanes in various environmental conditions. The main purpose of the system is to detect
the lane departure to avoid road accidents and to provide safety for pedestrians. The proposed method detect the
road edges using the canny edges detector whereas the feature extraction technique like Hough transform is used
in image analysis and digital signal processing. The main input to the system is camera captured images in order

Abstract – The term ‘Big Data’ describes innovative techniques and technologies to capture, store, distribute,
manage and analyze petabyte- or larger-sized datasets with high- velocity and different structures. Big data can be
structured, unstructured or semi-structured, resulting in incapability of conventional data management methods.
Data is generated from various different sources and can arrive in the system at various rates. In order to process
these large amounts of data in an inexpensive and efficient way, parallelism is used. Big Data is a data whose
scale, diversity, and complexity require new architecture, techniques, algorithms, and analytics to manage it and
extract value and hidden knowledge from it. Hadoop is the core platform for structuring Big Data, and solves the
problem of making it useful for analytics purposes. Hadoop is an open source software project that enables the
distributed processing of large data sets across clusters of commodity servers. It is designed to scale up from a
single server to thousands of machines, with a very high degree of fault tolerance.

Abstract – The main purpose of the system is detection of location as it is been challenging to detect
location in hilly areas and the area which has low network and cannot be accessible which leads to
insecurity and it helps the driver to be on track.Lane detection is an essential component of Advance
Driver Assistance system (ADAS). Many different approaches have been proposed till today by
researchers but still it is a challenging task to correctly detect the road lanes in various environmental
conditions. The main purpose of the system is to detect the lane departure to avoid road accidents and
to provide safety for pedestrians. The proposed method detect the road edges using the canny edges
detector whereas the feature extraction technique like Hough transform is used in image analysis and
digital signal processing. The main input to the system is camera captured images in order to detect and
track the road boundaries. This concept of image processing is implemented using Open CV library
function on raspberry-pi hardware. This method can correctly detect the roads in various challenging
situations. Results shows that the proposed method can detect both the straight and curves lanes
correctly
