Note 2: Members of the public must pay attention to and ensure that they can meet the new requirements (a valid proof of a negative COVID-19
nucleic acid test result within 24 hours and issued by one of the testing institutions recognised by the HKSAR Government) when travelling to
Guangdong (GD) or Macao to avoid hiccups when crossing the border. When they re-enter Hong Kong after being refused of entry in the Mainland,
they will be subjected to compulsory quarantine of 14 days pursuant to the Compulsory Quarantine of Certain Persons Arriving at Hong Kong
Regulation (Cap. 599C). Members of the public should pay extra attention to avoid such a situation. Moreover, they should be aware of any
compulsory quarantine requirements upon entry to GD or Macao.
Please refer to the relevant departments of the governments of the Guangdong Province or Macao SAR for the latest quarantine arrangement or
quarantine exemption details. Contact details are as follows:

Note 3: For persons who are exempted from the 14-day compulsory quarantine in Hong Kong under the "Compulsory Quarantine of Certain
Persons Arriving to Hong Kong Regulation" (Cap. 599C of the Laws of Hong Kong) and are currently in Guangdong Province, if they plan to re-
enter Guangdong Province within a short period of time after returning to Hong Kong, they may visit testing institutions in Guangdong Province
that are recognised by the Hong Kong SAR Government to conduct COVID-19 nucleic acid testing for inspection at mainland ports. COVID-19
nucleic acid testing institutions in Guangdong that are recognised by the Hong Kong SAR Government:
i) All medical testing institutions in Guangdong Province that can upload negative RT-PCR nucleic acid test results to “Yuekang code” (粵
康碼) system; or
ii) The medical testing institutions in Guangdong Province that are recognised by the National Health Commission and can be accessed on
nucleic acid testing organisation enquiry(「核酸檢測機構查詢」)function via State Council Mini Portal(「國務院客戶端」小程序), or that are
listed on its official website (http://bmfw.www.gov.cn/hsjcjgcx/index.html)
註三：所有根據《若干到港人士強制檢疫規例》 （香港法例第 599C 章）在本港獲豁免 14 日強制檢疫的人士如正身處廣東省，並在返
港後短時間內再次入境廣東省，可到獲香港認可的廣東省醫療檢測機構進行 2019 冠狀病毒病核酸檢測，以供內地口岸查驗。香港特
