WAIVER OF RIGHTS

This WAIVER made and executed by and among:

We, LEONILA S. DIU, widower, RON ALINOEL S. DIU, BETINA BIANCA S. DIU, MARY AIZA S. DIU, GERALD
JOHN S. DIU, all of legal ages, Filipino citizens, and residents of 094 Sitio Sta. Elena, Brgy. Labuin, Sta. Cruz, Laguna;

WITNESSETH:

That we are the surviving wife, children and legal heirs of the deceased RONALD M. DIU, who died on
June 20, 2015 in Santa Cruz, Laguna, herein attached his Certificate of Death marked as annex “A”;

That said deceased died intestate, without Will or Testament, and without any outstanding debts in favor
of any person or entity;

That the deceased left a Motor Vehicle with Plate No. KBE 88, particularly describes as follows:

That pursuant to Sec. 1, Rule 74 of the Revised Rules of Court of the Philippines, and all of legal ages being
with full capacity to contract, we do hereby adjudicate unto themselves the abovementioned - Motor Vehicle
described above.

WHEREAS, We, RON ALINOEL S. DIU, BETINA BIANCA, MARY AIZA S. DIU, GERALD JOHN S. DIU for our
part we hereby waived our rights, participation and interests over the said Motor Vehicle in favour of our mother
LEONILA S. DIU.
