Answer: Exercise has long been known to provide physical benefits, such as improving
physical condition and preventing disease, and doctors usually encourage patients to
stay physically active. Exercise is also important for maintaining mental fitness and can
help you relax. It has been shown in studies to reduce fatigue, improve alertness and
focus, and improve overall cognitive performance. This is especially beneficial when
your energy or ability to concentrate has been drained by stress. When the brain, with
its numerous nerve connections, is impacted by stress, the rest of the body is affected as
well. As a result, it comes to reason that if your body feels better, your mind will as
well. Exercise and other forms of physical activity release endorphins, which are natural
painkillers produced by the brain. They also improve sleep quality, which reduces
stress.

2. Why is it important to identify facts and fallacy when starting an exercise plan?

Answer: When beginning an exercise program, it is critical to distinguish between facts


and fallacies. There are a number of things to keep in mind as you work to improve
your fitness. First and foremost, you should be aware of the realities and myths
surrounding health, fitness, and exercise. If not addressed, several fitness myths can
lead to health issues. Exercise is a very personal topic that is influenced by the
individual's perspective and goals. It is critical to maintain a healthy level of physical
activity. People exercise for a variety of reasons, including a long life expectancy and a
desire to perform well. Exercise enhances one's health and overall quality of life. As a
result, it should be a lifelong habit. When it comes to improving your fitness, you must
be aware of the benefits of exercise as well as the dangers of overtraining.
