PMPL MY/SG/PH Qualifier Confirmation Procedure

Once you have registered for your respective Country Qualifier, you will still need to confirm
your registration to get your slot. Registration Crew will process and verify the confirmations
manually on a first come, first serve basis based on your confirmation statement in the Discord.

The process may take longer if there are a large volume of confirmations in a day. Please be
patient and do not spam the confirmation statement. Do check for your team status via the
website [link].

Any players/teams that are found with ineligible participants will be declined. In addition to
this, any confirmed teams that are found to not have the Rank required at any stage of the
Tournament may still have their participation revoked and the slot will be given to the next
eligible team.

If you believe that your declined registration is due to an error, do reach out to the Registration
Crew in the Discord. Please note that the messages should be in proper format to expedite the
process:

Example:
Hi, I'm the manager of Team Super registering for PMPL MY Qualifier.
My registration status is Contact Local Admin and when I checked the email, it is because one of my
player is underage. Can I re-register with a new roster?

For cases where your registration details are inappropriate, the Registration Crew will message
you via Discord. Please note the Registration Crew will not entertain messages that are
incomplete, contain only the greeting, or private confirmation statements.

Team Confirmation Procedures

Please ensure that you have entered the official Country Qualifier Discord. The Discord link can be found
in the respective registration page of that Country.

1. Enter the Tournament Discord: https://discord.gg/xaeEYC77uf

2. Navigate to the slot confirmation channel.

3. Type the confirmation statement. Make sure that the confirmation statement has the
same exact Team Name as registered Team Name:

“<Team Name> confirms my slot for PMPL TH Qualifier”

Example: Star Squad confirms my slot in PMPL TH Qualifier

4. Processed confirmations will have two emoji reactions by the Registration Crew; one to
denote the Crew that processed it, and one to denote the status of the confirmation. If
your confirmation was skipped in the order, please reach out to the Registration Crew
a.s.a.p.

Confirmed team will have ✅

Unconfirmed team with issues will have ⏸️, needs to Contact Local Admin
(Registration Crew)
 Denied team will have ❌
5. Wait for the status to be updated to Confirmed in the website, or when you get the
respective role in the Discord. Double check that both information tally (if you’re
Confirmed in the website, you need to have the Confirmed Team role, or vice versa).
6. For any ineligible registrations, the status will be updated to Denied in the website.
7. For any registrations that have issues in being processed or require further verifications
by our Crew, the status will be updated to Contact Local Admin in the website. Teams
that have this status will not be Confirmed until the pending issue is resolved.
Registration Crew can be contacted via Discord message.
8. Our Registration Crew may also preemptively contact you via Discord message for any
registrations with details that need to be amended (example - inappropriate Team
Name).
