1. Delivery of Equipment to Site

The equipment shall be delivered to site within Eight (8) weeks from date of receipt of the approved shop
drawings and down payment
2. Installation
The installation of the equipment at site shall require Three (3) weeks counting from the date of handing
over to us of the completed lift hoistway and machine room for our unimpeded work or arrival of
equipment to site whichever is later.

3. Testing and Commissioning

The testing and commissioning of the installation shall require a period of Two(2)weeks of normal
unimpeded working hours from the date of availability of AC 415V 3 phase 50Hz permanent electricity
power supply of sufficient capacity made available to the lift machine room by others.
4. Defect and Liability Period
We offer Twelve (12) months warranty from the date of approval by Building Certificate of Fitness or
Eighteen (18) months from the equipment is arrived whichever come first.

5. Free Maintenance Service

Free monthly maintenance service is provided during the Twelve (12) months free maintenance and
guarantee period as mentioned above. During this period, we shall also provide twenty –four (24) hours
breakdown service call.
TERMS OF PAYMENT (14 DAYS)
Our offer is based on the following payment terms:
On Each Lift Ordered
1. 30% of Contract Sum to be paid as non-refundable down payment
2. 50% of Contract Sum to be paid upon equipment delivery at site
3. 10% of Contract Sum to be paid upon completion of mechanical installation
4. 5% of Contract Sum to be paid upon completion of lift’s testing and commissioning
5. 5% of Contract Sum to be paid before lifts handing over for usage

TAX AND/OR DUTY FLUCTUATION

Our offer is inclusive of the five percent (5%) import duty currently levied by the Malaysia Government on the
imported lifts / escalator equipment. On the event of any further escalation of import duty or increasing GST rate
imposed, this shall be for the buyers account. If partial delivery is required, all taxes and duties payable at the time
of import for partial shipment shall be for your account.

Maintenance Service 1st ~ 3rd Year

1. General Service and Maintenance is RM 450.00 for every month.
2. Fully Comprehensive Service and Maintenance is RM 650.00 for every month.

VALIDITY
Our offer is valid for acceptance for a period of thirty (30) days counting from the date of this letter. There after it
is subjected to our reconfirmation.
