The latest change orders issued affected the project critical path: 4-NOC-25 Gas pipe rerouting- Approved on October 9, 2018 2.NOC-27-New fire rated mezzanine work-approved on October 9, 2018 3-NOC-28R Approved on October 9, 2018 ‘As per our discussion during the site meeting on Oct 2 & Oct 8, 2018 we informed the client ‘that the Project cannot be completed on the new approved date of November 9, 2018, That is due to these new changes listed above which were not approved before the first extension of the project requested with our Notice of Delay sent on September 17, 2018. At the time of the Notice of Delay issued Sep 17, 2018 we updated the Schedule version E to reflect the delays due ‘oll approved changes to date. These changes NOC-25, NOC-27 & NOC-28 were not included in the Schedule version E. These were added later on the Schedule version F once that the changes were approved and we consult with our trades in order to schedule the work accordingly. After consulting with our trades it was realized that the November 9, 2018 date can not be met considering the new work that need to be completed under these changes. For that reason we sent a new Notice of Delays dated October 16, 2018 with the ugdated Schedule version F that, reflects the new Substantial Performance Date of November 29, 2918 AAS we explained in last two site meetings these changes not only that add up addtional work to the project, but were delaying the complete work in the mezzanine area. Until the new mezzanine concrete slab was poured, the sprayed fireproofing material work couldn't start. Consequently the partition work under mezzanine can not start‘These changes ate addtional work that delayed the project according with the terms of our CCDC 2 contract GC 6 5- Delays Based on the information we have ‘rom trades we estimated that the new substantial Performance of the project will be November 28, 2018.
