• Option  2:  $5,000  Package  for  6  Months  Package  which  can  potentially  be  Fully  
Subsidized  by  Spring’s  ICV  (Innovation  &  Capability  Voucher)  Grant  
• Criteria  for  ICV:    
• Physically  present  and  registered  in  Singapore  
• Have  at  least  30%  local  shareholdings  
• Have  a  group  turnover  of  not  more  than  $100Million  or  group  
employment  size  of  not  more  than  200  workers  
• Have  not  used  up  2  ICV  vouchers  for  Human  Resource  Management    
• Glints  will  provide  assistance  in  grants  application  process  and  help  ensure  
minimal  administrative  time  for  your  company
