UCLA, Amazon, and Microsoft Alumni. It brings financial wellness- salary
advances, tax-saving and reimbursement, rewards & recognition, perks all
under a single app. The platform is backed by Y Combinator, GrowX
Ventures, Axilor Ventures, Sprout Ventures, Purvi Ventures. It is currently
running successfully in 350+ corporations across 70+ countries and serving
more than a million and a half salaried employees. Please refer to the

Job Title : Sales Executive

Roles & Responsibilities :


Sales of various products of the Company in the Bathroom
space.
The position is that of frontline sales personnel who would
primarily be responsible for driving sales through channel
partners for Asian Paints Bath division. This role also involves
demand generation through selling to project customers and
engaging with influencers like architects and contractors.
1. Deriving Sales from distributor, direct dealer and sub-
dealers’ basis budgeted annual targets and plans
2. Scheme communication to target dealers, direct dealers
and distributors.
3. New product launch - pitching to distributor/direct dealer
and sub-dealer.
4. Monitor Outstanding amounts for distributors and direct
dealers. Ensuring recovery of OS and keeping OD under
control.
5. Engaging with influencers like plumbing contractors and
architects.
6. Selling to builders, govt sector, house owners and other
projects as it is a significant section of the market
7. Market analysis and competitor study for identifying new
sub dealers/direct dealers and distributors. Guide dealer
through first phase through initiatives like in-shop selling,
expansion/customisation of product range and the right
display at counters, etc.
8. Monitoring and Analysing new dealer performance to
assess which among new dealers/ subdealers can be
elevated to regular scheme dealers.
9. Organizing meets - plumber meets, sub-dealer meets,
direct dealer meets and distributor meets.
10. Assist sub-dealer/direct dealer and distributor in
complaint resolution either directly or through technician.
Customer Complaints are resolved through coordination
with customer care team and technical team within
defined SLA
11. Maintenance of data on stock availability at distributors
to cater to stock shortage of subdealers. Monitoring and
replenishment of stocks in coordination with Supply
Chain Team (for distributors and direct dealers) and
distributors (for sub-dealers).
12. Follow-up on billing and fulfillment of orders in the
system
13. Evaluating the branding potential at identified counters
and subsequently providing of display board and panels
to maximize visibility.

Package Offered : 6.5 lac CTC + Sales Target based Incentives

Eligibility Criteria :
 MBA or PGDM – with Sales & Marketing core specialization or
dual specialization
 UG can be any bachelor degree (BBA, B.Com, etc.) or
Engineering degree (B.E/ B.Tech)
 Age should be less than 28 yrs.
 Throughout education (10th, 12th, UG & PG) candidate marks
should be 50 % and above
 Candidate shouldn’t have any backlogs now. Backlogs if any
should have been cleared within course duration
 Should not have any year gap in their education till now
 Should be ready to relocate anywhere in India
 Could be Experienced or Fresher
 Candidate internship in FMCG/FMCD and B2B Sales would be
preferable

Selection Process :
 Aptitude Test: The shortlisted students will be administered an
aptitude test which will have to take within 48 hours (2 days).

 Interview: Students who have cleared the tests as per our criteria
will be called for two rounds of interview

 Selection communication: After completion of all interviews, we will


communicate the selection status of candidates with the
Placement head. The students will be considered out of placement
process post selection.
