About the role:

You will assist the Cargo Agent in handling day to day within any of QAS cargo internal /external terminal
(s) facilities, ramp and cargo aircraft’s activates includes and not limited to build-up, breakdown, delivery
 Subscribe
and customer service related issues.

Perform assigned tasks inline to company standard operating procedures, safety, security and
specific airline (s) procedures.
Retrieve, store cargo with particular emphasis on the best practice handling of Dangerous Goods,
valuables, Perishables, Courier, Live Animals, Diplomatic Mail.
Quick Ramp Transfer Cargo product is timely handled, report irregularities.
Communicate between cargo and airside loading team.
Assist freighter team supervisor in conducting necessary FOD checks prior to arrival and after
departure of allocated flight.
Assist freighter team supervisor in organizing the Equipment and units for Loading/Offloading at
aircraft side.

Qualifications

About you:

An ideal candidate will have a minimum of High School graduation and 2 years of work experience
Command of English language
Managerial skills - Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow.
Strong mentoring and coaching skills.
Ability to train and develop subordinate's skills and foster teamwork among team members.
Communication, Planning/Organising, Judgement & Analysis, Problem Solving, and Decision Making
