Dear sir,

On november 1st, I order a printer online and i paid the amount within 24 hours. But it's been two weeks
since I paid that amount, I still haven't received my parcel. I am writing this letter to comment on the
service as well as the ineffective working of the company. I want the company side to refund the amount I
paid earlier.

Exercise 2:

We all know the importance of protecting the environment. In different words,we can even say
that we have a tendency to can't deny the importance of protecting the environment. The person is
inflicting hurt on the environment. During this era of development ，, the environment is facing a great
deal of destruction.It's become much necessary to prevent the condition from obtaining worse than it's
now. So there arises awareness of environmental protection within the world. Government should force
people to attend to some urgent environmental needs. First of all, the most common way to use cloth bags
instead of plastic bags is because plastic is harmful to the natural environment. The second way is
recycling. Recycling helps to reduce environmental pollution and conserve our natural resources. So we
can recycle plastic bottles, cans, and paper instead of throwing away the trash. Simple rules will help you
to protect the environment, stay fit and save money. You can reduce your water consumption by using
water-saving devices and using baking soda and vinegar for cleaning. Your home, collect rainwater and
recycle it. Do not pollute the water with chemicals and other contaminants. Together we can achieve this
by reducing the use of plastic, saving electricity, using solar energy, and planting more trees around us.
