I, the deponent named above do hereby solemnly affirm and state on oath as
under:-

1. That the deponent is the Complainant in the aforesaid case hence is well aware of
the facts and circumstances of the case.

2. That as part of evidence at this stage, deponent has filed the electronic copy of the
Original Cheques bearing no. 00000000000 dated 30/11/2020 along with respective
original unpaid returned cheque memos dated 26/02/2021 of the cheque as
verbatim.
3. That the deponent further confirms that the contents of the abovementioned
cheques and returned memos are absolutely identical and verbatim to the original
cheques and memos.

4. That, deponent is making this present affidavit to certify that:

a. That the cheques and respective memos are the copies to the original
cheques and memos.
b. That the contents of the abovementioned cheques and returned memos
are absolutely identical and verbatim to the original cheques and memos.
c. That this affidavit, therefore, in the facts and circumstances of the case, is
sufficient compliance of Section 65B of the Evidence Act. The copies of the
cheques and memos has been copied from deponent’s original cheques and
memos, therefore, can be treated as certified copy and are in compliance of
the provisions.

contents of paragraph no.1,2,3 and 4 are true to my personal knowledge which all I
believe to be true, no material has been concealed in it and no part of the affidavit is
