1. Gives health lecture/talk to classes or pupils before and after
any health activity or procedure and on different grade levels
on different health and nutrition topics

2. Confers with the teachers about the king of follow-up needed


by the pupils.
3. Assists in providing adequate health education for pupils,
teachers and division office personnel.
Health and nutrition Services- Helps organize functional
school clinic; Conducts individual health and nutrition (Indicate the required

and follow through exceptional and physically handicapped
children.
Health School Living- helps supervise the maintenance of
safe, healthful and sanitary conditions of the school plant; looks

School-community Coordination for health and nutrition-
confers with parents/teachers concerning the health status of
