James story of the Canopy

Woohoo! I am so excited today,I’m going to climb the

canopy with my mom, my brother, and my uncle Ed. I am so
excited because it is my first time.I can finally climb to the top
of the canopy because my mom used to say “you are too young
to climb.” Also I get to help with research!
I saw a beetle when I got to the top of the canopy. I told
my mom “look mom, I found a beetle!” I wanted to touch it
eventually. I knew I was going to get in trouble,but I just
couldn't help myself! I just wanted to touch it. Eventually I
touched it and my mom saw me and she said “JAMES WHAT IF
THAT WAS POISONOUS YOU COULD HAVE DIED!”
So then nothing happened but I did get a rash. It was itchy
and I had red pumps.Then we went to a cabin to sleep in with
my mom, my brother, and my uncle Ed. Then the next day I got
very sick until I could not touch any animals because that
would be dangerous. So then we all went home and my mom
told me “James you know what you did so now I am going to
give you a punishment.” I told her “wait really,what is it?!?” Then
she said “you are grounded for a WEEK!” I was going to say
something but I refused not to because I knew I was going to
get grounded for a month so I didn't. I was mad because they
went to eat without me. Then they came back and gave me
some food. I was happy but I was still grounded. The end
