On January 13th, the investigation led police to locate the juvenile at 803 Jefferson Ave. in Ogdensburg. Three individuals at that address, Tina Compo, Lee Loffler, and Shelby LaJoy, were arrested for obstructing the investigation by attempting to prevent officers from finding the juvenile. All three suspects were arraigned in court and released on their own recognizance pending prosecution.

    Subject: Missing Juvenile leads to three arrest.

    On the date of January 10th, 2022 members of the Ogdensburg Police Department,
    opened an investigation into a missing juvenile. The January 13th 2022, the investigation led
    police to 803 Jefferson Ave., Ogdensburg, NY, where the juvenile was eventually located. Three
    subjects were arrested for obstructing governmental administration in the second degree of the
    New York State penal Law, for attempting to prevent officers from locating the juvenile. All
    suspects were arraigned in Ogdensburg City Court and released on their own recognizance.
