Thank you for your inquiry with the Livestock Exchange Building tenth floor ballrooms in regard to an upcoming
Quinceanera you are planning for about 250+ guests. The rental charge for the South Ballroom on a Friday night
is $600.00 and $1,200.00 for a Saturday Evening with a 175 guest minimum for food. The South Ballroom can
accommodate up to 250 guests at round tables. The North Ballroom rental charge is $1,000.00 for a Friday
Evening and $1,800.00 for a Saturday evening rental with a 250 guest minimum for food. The ballroom can
accommodate up to 350 guests at round tables. This is a six hour rental with the building closing at 12:00AM. We
ask all music, DJ only is allowed (no bands because of the apartments in the building) to conclude no later than
11:30pm. Each ballroom requires two security guards on duty, scheduled ½ hour prior to reception start time to ½
hour following the conclusion of your event. The charge is $35/hr. per guard or $70/hr. for both with a four hour
minimum per guard. We will hire these individuals. In addition, we also charge a one-time $40.00 delivery fee for
any catered event scheduled away from our main location.

Brandeis Catering offers the following items as part of your reservation:


 Complete Event Detailing with an Event Coordinator
 Professional Uniformed Staff on-site from set-up through clean-up of your event
 Tables, Padded Chairs, Linen Tablecloths (choice of white, ivory or black) with linen napkins
 Complete China Place settings
 Basic centerpieces of 14” round mirrors and 3 non-scented votive candles per each guest table
 Large dance area in each ballroom
 Skirted tables for name tag, guest book, gifts, head table, cake and buffets
 Our staff will cut and plate your decorated cake at the cake table no charge
 Ample on-site parking
 Experienced and Uniformed Bartending and Service Staff

A Non-Refundable Deposit equal to your room rental is required to reserve your date. This deposit can be
check or money order form payable to Brandeis Catering. The deposit will be applied towards the final cost
of your event. Final guest count is due by Wednesday the week before your event date with all charges paid in
full by the Friday before. The final balance can be paid by check, money order, Visa, Master Card, American
Express or Discover. Our food/beverage prices could increase slightly (3-5%) each year. Final menu prices can be
confirmed within three months of your event date.
