Dear all,

As you are well aware, the Makati Office permanently closed on 31 July 2020,
and the office space in Rosario Cavite will be available on 21 September 2020. In
view thereof, and the re-imposition of MECQ, please be guided by the following
rules:

1. This memo applies only to the staff of RSN Law, and not its extension
office.

2. This memo shall be strictly effective from 3 August 2020 to 18 September

2020, or until the management deems it reasonable to extend or resume
application.

3. Work from home (WFH) scheme shall only apply 2 times a week, unless
the employee is instructed to perform work on additional days.

4. Unless the employee requests otherwise or is instructed otherwise, WFH

schedules shall be Tuesdays and Thursdays.

5. Employees are required to submit a SERVICE REPORT detailing the work

performed on the day designated as WFH or additional work day. Sample
service report is attached herein as Annex A as reference. The completed
Service Report shall be emailed to KCSB and ADN.

6. No additional WFH shall be performed without the approval and

knowledge of the Administrative Officer.

7. Salary shall be based on the approved hours rendered in the Service

Report submitted.
