 Dcs operation engineer- Monitoring and controlling boiler &auxillaries

 ETP & STP operation and maintence and checking its water parameters regularly

 To maintain the pressure and temperature of chilled water, condensate water and

 To check all indication feedbacks are noramal and correctly working in
transmitters and reporting to instrumentation engineers.
 Responsible for equipment changing as per change over schedule.
 Monitoring preventive maintenance schedule for all equipments.
 Preventive maintenance jobs of standby equipments, monitoring from initial
clearance to final completion.
 Implemented standard operating procedures, equipment lockout tag out
procedures of utility equipments as per international standardization.
 Performing the function of trouble shooting and breakdown, preventive,
corrective maintenance of reducing downtime to minimum.
 Participating in the continuous development of safe work practices operating
procedures.
 Monitoring and maintaining environmental norms.
