Minutes of meeting:​.
The Agenda of the meeting was to plan out the activity for Kaushalya Club in January Month and other
cultural activity related information.

The Following points were discussed:

1. Briefed about Kaushalya Club, why this club is important and the importance of Cultural
Co-ordinators.
2. Shared information about SPIC-MACAY webinar - “Grand Master Series” on Vidhushi
Girija Devi - a renowned Thumri singer on Saturday 23rd January 2021.
3. Track record of attendance of your respective departments for this webinar and then email the
report to Dean - Capacity Building with c.c to respective HOD & Principal.
4. Shared info on Musical Event dedicated to Late Kishore Kumar on 30th January 2021 and
asked co-ordinators to send 3 new faculties for every such future cultural events. Going
forward these concerts would be conducted completely by Cultural Co-ordinators with
support from Culture Department.
5. These cultural events would be held right after 3rd Saturday of every month.
6. For every Kaushalya event one cultural co-ordinator must be physically present at the venue
of the event.
7. Each department cultural co-ordinators to send a report of “Helping Hands” event by 23rd
January in physical copy form signed by the HOD and Cultural Co-ordinator.
8. Ensure photos of event to be Geo-Tagged.
9. It was decided that the month of January would be celebrated as month of “Exam Ethics”. A
session to be conducted by respective departments on this theme or if possible engage an
External Subject Matter Expert for this session.
