A01 1 FM WEIGHING SMART GUIDING CUT UP SYSTEM

• Basic section of the frame of the compact cut up systems.

• Basic length is approx. 5,1 meter.
• Tensioner for the line all stainless steel plating, guides, square tubes,
frames and turning points.
• Special cut up shackles which are spaced at 12 inches.
• The unique design ensures easy extension to create longer lines.
• The standard height is 2.000 mm., but other heights are possible.

3 FM ELECTRONICAL SHACKLE DETECTION

1 SAFETY FENCING

The Foodmate safety fencing is specially designed for food production

environments and is characterized by its hygienic and robust design. The fences
are floor mounted on hygienic designed columns with app. 150 mm opening at
the bottom for sanitary purposes.

Due to its modular design the fencing can be fitted exactly around the cut-up to
make the system cope with CE safety guidelines.

The fencing includes at least one door which is equipped with a safety sensor to
automatically stop the cut-up line when de door is opened.

B02 1 SUPERVISION ON INSTALLATION

Foodmate will install & commission the equipment on site.

The installation will include the following:

• Supervision during placing the machine on site
• Supervision on electrical connection
• Training period
• Commissioning, testing and adjusting of the machine
• Travel costs
• Board & Lodging
• Maximum working hours per day: 12 hours

Customer needs to provide a team of riggers to remove the machine from the shipping
container and put it on its place under supervision of a Foodmate representative . In the
case that the machine needs to be placed on a location that is not easy to reach, customer
needs to provide equipment such as, but not limited to, crane, forklift etc.

Shortly after receipt of an order a Foodmate representative will be in contact to discuss the
installation and commissioning process, a pre-visit might be in order to establish optimal
preparation.

Remark:
For travel or working hours in the weekend, there will be calculated a surcharge.

Unless agreed otherwise by parties in this quotation, the following costs are not included in the quotation price;
other certifications than a CE- certification, inspections by third parties, registrations mandatory by (public) law,
any other form of local- or regional costs connected to delivery (including import and export) or installation of the
goods subject to this quotation. If Seller necessarily encounters such costs during performance of this quotation,
they will be invoiced separately to the buyer.

Delivery and Payment Conditions:

Prices : Mentioned prices are net, excl. VAT.

Price validity of the offer : 30 Calendar days.

Delivery conditions : FCA Numansdorp, NL (Incoterms 2020).

Payment conditions: : 50% down payment at order date, or by means of a confirmed irrevocable letter
of credit, opened within 14 days after order date
50% delivery payment before shipment

Factory ready date : Delivery to be agreed after receipt of the signed order confirmation / contract,
receipt of the down payment or when applicable, seller's approval of an irrevocable
Letter of Credit, and clearance of all technical and/or commercial details (such as,
but not limited to, the final and by the buyer approved lay-out).

Due to the worldwide shortage of material our factory ready dates are longer than
normal, at the moment you need to calculate with 30 weeks after receipt of down
Warranty : Unless in case of gross negligence or willful misconduct, Seller shall provide on all
non-wearing parts a warranty for one of the following periods;
fifteen (15) months after delivery of the goods; or
two thousand (2000) operating hours after taking the goods into operational use; or
twelve (12) months consecutive operation period after taking the goods into
operational use. Whichever of the aforementioned periods is established first, shall
prevail.

Remarks: Costs for certifications, additional inspections (such as SGS/ APAVE),

documentation or any other (local) applicable or required approvals/compliance
costs are not included in the pricing and will be charged separately.
Documentation required by CE regulations is included.
