Essel Propack Ltd, Wada (Mumbai) Duration: Aug 2017 to present.

¾ Essel Propack (Currently known as EPL Limited) is the largest specialty packaging global company,
Undertaken by BLACKSTON PVT. LTD., manufacturing laminated plastic tubes catering to the FMCG and
Pharma space. Employing over 3000+ people representing 25 different nationalities(such as USA, Mexico,
Colombia, Poland, Germany, UK, Egypt, Russia, China, Philippines), Essel Propack functions through 20 state
of the art facilities and in Ten countries, selling circa 8 billion tubes and continuing to grow every year.

¾ I am associated with Essel Propack Ltd as Quality Assurance Executive from Aug 2017 to present.

Job Profile:

¾ Implement the various Quality Standards (HMP, GMP, BRC-6, ISO 9001-2015 and OHSAS) thru Continual
Process Improvement and meet the customer requirement.
¾ Implement the CGMP and BRCGS-6 requirements applicable to work place to the ground level.
¾ Generate non-conformance (NC) reports as required and generate CAPA and 8D reports against customer
complaint and implement them at shop-Flore level every section wise.
¾ Analyzing the results of the tests and customer feedback to achieve the targeted process performance by
applying basic statistical techniques (Cp and Cpk) to TREND ANALYSIS.
¾ Performing Operational/Process & Installation Qualification and Validation of machines.
¾ Conduct Machine and Safety audits as per organization guideline.
¾ Conduct internal audits for GMP, HMP mock, and Process Audits.
¾ Reporting directly to the QA manager with data from SPC &MSA and conduct the NPD and Operations team
about various Process related Issues and scope for improvement.
 ¾ Verify the Incoming Material Inspection (MFI of Granules, Color bleeding of Master batch, Bursting
Strength of corrugated box, dimensional accuracy of caps and closer etc.)
¾ Creating & Adhere to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)s and Standard testing Procedures(STP)s.
¾ Performing the inspections, measurements and tests according to the designed Sampling plan (ISO 2859-1),
STPs and AQLs.
¾ Performing PDI of finished goods.
