Hazard identification (via inspection) should be done before carrying out hot
work activity, to ensure that the work location is safe enough to carry out the
activity. If in case of identified hazards, ensure to take precautions to
mitigate the same.
Fire extinguisher must be available in site store and near to hot work area.
All technicians engaged in hot work should be trained for usages of Fire
extinguisher.
Ensure that employees are aware on the Emergency Escape Route Map
and the Safe Assembly Point of the site.
