A seven year old mentally retarded boy was bought to the paediatrics OPD, by the child care home person for
evening rise of temperature and complaints of swelling in the neck for past two months. On examination there
were multiple matted cervical lymph nodes of sizes ranging between 1 to 3cm. Biopsy of the lymph node showed
the below picture.

Chart B

A 45 yrs old male had severe chest pain and was admitted to the hospital. Investigations revealed elevated CK
MB and Troponin I & T. The microscopic picture of heart is given below.

Chart C

A 52 year old male, chronic alcoholic came to the Casualty with pain in the abdomen which was radiating to
the back for the past 2 days. On examination, the patient had epigastric tenderness with guarding.
Serum amylase: More than three times the normal value
Serum lipase: Markedly elevated
Liver function test: Normal

The pancreas of the patient showed the below picture.

Chart D

A 24 year old female came to OPD with complaints of fatigue and malar rash on her face. The patient also had
oral ulcers. Bilateral shin shows palpable purpura.
Erythrocyte sedimentation rate: Elevated
C Reactive Protein: Elevated
Anti Nuclear Antibody: Positive.
ds DNA: Positive
Biopsy taken from the leg lesions showed the following picture
