FOREWORD
Back in the “old days” of ‘80 and ’90s, we were all familiar
with strange tools like enhancers, exciters, encoders & decoders
for tape recording and so on.
The main goal was to make the tracks sound less noisy from
the tape media, or standing out from that inevitable uniformity
and flatness of the impending digital age.
It would be quite acceptable believe, back then, that was
quite a basic requirement, while today, working with way
more advanced and Hi-Fi digital equipment, it’s more like a sort
of a palette-choice, an esoteric experiment. A nice addition with
which to sculpt the sound... but are we really so sure of this?

We are a London-based group of very passionate producers
and musicians with a passion for recording gear and years
of experience working in the pro-audio industry.
Our mission is to offer cool new sound palettes for Nebula
users and, of course, for ourselves!

 ENNA and TELGE ENHANCER Plugin Bundle is our answer
to the now twenty years old problem of making an ITB audio
source sound as convincing as an analogue emulation, without
the need of the use of any external gear.
ENNA ANALOGUE ENHANCER is an emulation of 3 repu-
table Mid/High frequency enhancers... combined together...
on steroids! It features the same amazing characteristics like
their EQ curve and saturation, but instead of being a static
program just recallable with an on/off button, it’s possible to
continuously fine tune every aspect of the affected signal.

TELGE ITB TUBE REVITALISER is a sampled program of
a special analogue-tube custom gear-rig. This multi-effect
plugin is intended to be used in SEND/RETURN configuration
only (that means to be set in parallel with the source tracks).
It helps to make any dull or not so convincing ITB-generated
track sound way more authentic.
It’s also very addictive when used as a blend/glue tool for
the famous “rear buss” technique, instead of the classic
compressor. It features a single control knob, sweeping form
a balanced EQ response to a little more extreme one.
FEATURES:
• ENNA: THD control, from almost clean (full left) to well saturated
(full right)
• ENNA: INTENSITY control, the amount of the wet effect, from MIN
to MAX.
• ENNA: FOCUS control, from EDGY to AIRY, it will fine tune the
enhancement in order to keep the original character of the incoming
signal unchanged.
• ENNA: MIX, to set the blend between the original signal (true
enhancer bypass) and the effected one (full wet).
• ENNA: a unique custom Hi Shelf EQ, with 4 selectable frequencies
[6k, 12k, 17k, 22kHz] and gain [-15/+10dB] controls, capable of inter-
esting dynamic behaviour in its extreme lifting.
• TELGE: Character control, from BALANCED to RICH in the mid-
frequency band.
• BOTH: VU Meters IN/OUT -32/0dB

3. set the SEND buss of the audio track at -3dB (suggestion), or just refer to the TELGE plugin IN VU meter to keep the incoming signal close

1. Start with INTENSITY at 50% and MIX at 100%

2. tune the FOCUS until you like the resulting sound effect over the original track

4. after that, if necessary, tweak MIX until the blend between the incoming DRY signal and the WET one is in line with your taste (50% is a

6. try to carefully increase or decrease THD to find a saturation sweet spot
7. if needed, switch on the Hi Shelf EQ instance to find your best correction curve (this point is not mandatory for the enhancement FX)

TIP: you can use ENNA as standalone PREAMP with a nice Hi SHELF EQ, just setting the MIX knob to DRY (almost 0% of enhancer FX).
