& healing
Are you pregnant and looking
for a community of conscious
mamas? Have you recently given birth and are looking for a safe
place to share your story, connect or integrate after birth? Perhaps
you are trying to conceive and wanting to start preparing your womb
space and support network?

We will meet in-person once a month on a Friday evening in

Kitsilano. There will be tea & chats plus each week a different special
guest will lead us in breathwork, sound healing, dance & movement,
meditation and more.

Topics for discussion: Home birth, womb wisdom, conscious

conception, connecting to our intuition, dream birth & fourth/forever
trimester.

Let's inspire and encourage each other to awaken our ancient deep
feminine wisdom.
