In this quarter, the Philippine Physical Activity guide is presented by showing how much time is given to each activity.
You will identify and explain the health- and skill-related fitness components. You will value your participation in Physical
Activities and tools that will measure your fitness.

II. OBJECTIVES OF THE LESSON

At the end of the lesson, you will be able to:


Assesses regularly participation in physical activities based on the Philippines physical activity pyramid
Observes safety precautions
Executes the different skills involved in the game
Displays joy of effort, respect for others and fair play during participation in physical activities
