Sub: - Condonation of leave of absence and request to give further time

With reference to above matter I would like to inform you that Mr.CA Rajagopal
S Joshi has been appearing as the authorized representative of M/s Gulbarga Airport
Developers Pvt Ltd. I apologize for not responding to the notice sent by you U/S 143(2)
of the Income Tax Act. The reason behind the same is the documents and the books of
accounts of the assessee were seized by the Mumbai Police on 22nd of September 2014.
As such, I am unable to give the information, documents and any other evidence asked
by you for the Assessment Year 2012-13 and 2013-14. Also, Mr. CA Rajagopal S Joshi
is out of station since last month and he is expected to come by 15th of February 2015 I
request you to give further more time to appear before you and do the needful.
