exercise along with your hefty dose of the sunshine and fresh air. The A
Walk in a Park workout is perfect for productively filling in your Summer
downtime, working up a little sweat and feeling like you've escaped to
nature, at least for a while. The workout is light but then again you're
walking, it's a park and it should be Summer, or at the very least a sunny
day. Enjoy it.
