ADMINISTRATIVE POLICIES OF THE PROGRAM

 INTRODUCTION

We will conduct a competition for every department of the school. It is

for the development of our students, physically, mentally, emotionally and
socially. In this competition, they can participate in whatever sports that suit
them.

Physical development is one of the benefits of the participants. During

the training period they will undergo certain exercises for them to be
physically fit.

They will also become socially stable. During the competition, they are
just competitors but after the event, they are still schoolmates and friends.

All the participants of this intramural meet will also become

emotionally uplifted. Win or lose, they became of this event. They have done
their best to prove themselves, but they can accept the facts that in every
competition, there will be winners and losers.

POLICIES OF THE PROGRAM

1. The area will hold the athletic meet on June 11-14, 2021 at Dalubhasaan ng
Lunsod ng San Pablo, San Pablo City Laguna.
2. There will be an opening program at exactly 8:00 in the morning. The area
delegates will be expected to assemble in the activity center before the
aforementioned time.
3. To ensure that all the activities will be followed as scheduled, there will be a
meeting of all the tournament managers, college administrators, consultants,
P.E coordinators on May 29, 2021, 1:00pm.
4. The necessary document of the athletes must be submitted to the screening
committee on June 7, 2021 at DLSP.
5. The following requirements are as follows:
 Original and Photocopy of birth certificate or NSO.
 Form of units enrolled in the 1st Semester, at least 18 units are
required. Passing grade of all the subject, prelims and midterm.
 Medical certificate signed by a licensed physician.
 Athletes record signed by the athlete, coach and college
administrator.
 Parents consent.
 Certificate of Enrollment of each athlete.
6. To maintain the cleanliness of the venue, all the athletes must bring sacks
for their garbages.
7. The supports and cooperation of all concerned in desired for the success of
DLSP Intramurals 2020-2021.

POLICIES OF THE GAME

1. All the participants must be at DLSP Campus, San Pablo City on June 11,
2021, 8:00am.
2. Only the athlete who passed the qualifications can participate the event.
3. All officials must be in the venue twenty minutes before the game.
4. All coaches must be aware of the schedule to avoid losing by default.
5. All coaches must be responsible for the discipline of the athlete.
6. All athletes are given permission to warm up only in their designated places.
7. Liquors and cigarettes are prohibited in the venue.
8. Any person under the spirit of liquor are automatically banned in any games.
9. All dangerous weapons are also prohibited in the venue.
10. Any problem regarding the intramurals may arise during the tournament
should be cursed to athletic manager.

system.

1. Individual Events:
Gold - 1.00 point
Silver - .75 point
Bronze - .50 point

2. Team Sports:
It shall be based on the official number of players in the team.

EXAMPLE (Basketball with 12 players)

12 Gold - 1.00 = 12.0 points
12 Silver - .75 = 9.0 points
12 Bronze - .50 = 6.0 points
