APPLICATION FOR EXTENSION OF

TIME OF TEMPORARY BAIL.

MOST RESPECTFULLY SHEWETH :-

1.       The Applicant/accused by filing the present application before

this Hon’ble Court seeks to invoke powers vested with this Hon’ble
Court and inter alia prays for extension of temporary bail till
______________.
 
2.       The Applicant is arraigned as an accused in Crime No.  0277 of
2021 registered with Tasgaon Police Station, Tasgaon, Dist. Sangli,
Maharashtra, for alleged offence punishable under sections 302,
328, 120B r/w. 34 of Indian Penal Code.
 
3.       The applicant has been arrested on 26.10.2021 and till now he
was languishing in appropriate custody. Thereafter, on account of
the Applicant’s exams, the applicant/accused made an application,

for temporary period of bail and after hearing the said application,
this Hon’ble Court vide its order dated 20.11.2021 was pleased to
allow the said application and released the applicant on temporary
bail till 07.12.2021 and while doing so, imposed certain conditions
upon him. Thereafter, vide order dated 07.12.2021 this Hon’ble
Court was pleased to extend the said bail order.

4. That, this Hon’ble Court was pleased to grant temporary bail to

the applicant by considering that the applicant is a college-going
student and presently he is pursuing his education B.SC (Hons)
Agriculture, and due to his arrest he was unable to attend his
exams, but this Hon’ble Court was generous enough to grant
temporary bail to the applicant so that he could attend his re-exam
and Viva. Thereafter, extend the same for his compliance of his
admission procedure.
 
6.    That, the applicant took admission in his IV year B.Sc, wherein
80% attendance is compulsory, apart from regular module the
applicant has to participate in various activities and filed related
projects, to clear his semester. the Applicant states that, the
applicant has already completed his 3 years only his final year is
left if he will not clear his final year his entire 3 years will be
ruined. Hereto annexed and marked as Exhibit “A” is the copy of
admission receipt.

7. Moreover the applicant has taken vaccination and he is

suffering from high fever and body pain.

8.       It is pertinent to mention herein that since the date of release on
temporary bail-in pursuance of the aforesaid order, the
applicant/accused has complied with all terms and conditions
imposed by this Hon’ble Court very sincerely coupled with the fact
that he has co-operated with the investigating agency.
 
9.       The Applicant/accused craves leave of this Hon’ble Court to
add, to alter, to amend, to vary, to modify, and/or to rescind any of
the aforesaid grounds.
 
10.       The Applicant/accused has not filed any other application or
proceedings, either in this Hon’ble Court or the Hon’ble  Supreme
Court of India touching with the subject matter of this application,
any time hereto.
 
11.       Under these circumstances, it is therefore most humbly prayed
as under:
 
a)    that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to extend the
temporary period of bail granted to the applicant/accused
vide its order dated 20.11.2021 till _____________, from
the date of expiry of the earlier temporary bail period
granted in C. R. No. 0277 of 2021 registered with Tasgaon
Police Station, Tasgaon, Dist. Sangli;

b)    Such further and other orders be passed as this Hon’ble
Court may just deem fit, proper under the circumstances of
the case;
 
AND FOR THIS ACT OF KINDNESS AND JUSTICE, THE
APPLICANT/ACCUSED ABOVENAMED SHALL EVER PRAY
AS IN DUTY BOUND.
