High solids acrylic floor and wall sealer and curing compound (Formerly known as Quickmast
173AC)

Description
Technical Properties @ 250C:
Monoseal is a high solid floor and wall sealer, dustproofer

Coating
Standards
Old concrete:
Monoseal complies with ASTM C309, Type I, Class A and Apply using brush or lambs wool roller, or airless spray
B, and ASTM C1315, Type I, Class A. machine. Apply 2 coats of Monoseal onto old concrete
floors at a rate between 8 - 10 m2 /litre.
Method of Use
New concrete:

and free from oil, grease, dust and other contaminants. Monoseal in general, comes as a clear liquid. However, for

Monoseal
Note: For coloured sealer avoid applying under direct Fire
sunlight.
Monoseal and DCP Solvent are flammable. Ensure
Cleaning adequate ven la on. Do not use near a naked flame and
do not smoke during use.
Tools and equipment can be cleaned with DCP Solvent.
Dried Monoseal should be removed mechanically. Flash Point:
DCP Solvent: 37°C.

Monoseal has a shelf life of 12 months from date of


manufacture if stored in proper condi ons and un-
opened packs.

If these condi ons are exceeded, DCP Technical


Department should be contacted for advise.

Cautions

Health and Safety

Monoseal should not come in contact with skin and eyes.

In case of accidental splashes to the eyes, rinse thoroughly


with clean water and seek medical advise. Suitable
protec ve gloves and goggles should be worn. Do not use
solvent to clean Monoseal from skin.
