Achievements
• Managed the organization's website revamp, an initiative that aimed to improve stakeholder
engagement by integrating more than a dozen microsites into a single sign-on portal; led change
management initiatives before implementing the new platform; managed a $600k budget.
• Managed the day-to-day operations of the Communication Programme for several months as a junior
consultant due to turnover within the team.
• Led communication activities for the 2016 Universal Postal Congress in Istanbul, an event that attracted
more than 2,000 delegates from more than 150 countries, with a team of two.
