Everything I know in Exercise Prescription in not less than 150 words.

Exercise Prescription refers to a certain plan of activities related to fitness a professional

fitness expert had produced for a certain purpose. These plans are actually made for a client who

seek for an assistance from this expert. Since clients have different needs, this exercise

prescription should comply with things that captivates the interest of the client for her to strictly

and passionately follow the procedures to achieve her goal. It is a tool designed to improve the

health of the community. Thus, we should know that an effective prescription should be in the

right dose considering the client’s fitness level, fitness goals, exercise preferences, equipment

availability, and other personal factors that may impact participation . Exercise Prescription

must be based on the needs of the client, in the right dose, to avoid any diseases that might

develop in the client’s body due to over fatigue. It must as well consider the range of time

the client will perform the activities and the amount of effort being exerted.
