May I have the honor to request from your good office for the issuance of
MARO Clearance of Lot No. 1817-NNNNNNNN, Csd-(AF)-02-007662 covered by
Transfer Certificate of Title No. 036-2019000124 containing an area of THREE
THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE (3,925) Square Meters, more or
less situated in the Barangay Buag, Municipality of Bambang, Province of Nueva
Vizcaya registered at the land records of Nueva Vizcaya registered in the name
of ARTEMIO C. ORDOÑEZ married to ARCADIA ALICE T. ORDOÑEZ;

That the purpose of the clearance to be issued is for the transfer of the
said parcel of land in favor of the VENDEE, GREENERS MULTI-PURPOSE
COOPERATIVE, represented by its Manager LEONIDA B. BALASUIT, of legal
age, married, Filipino citizen and a resident of Brgy. Villaflores, Santa Fe, Nueva
Vizcaya as per Deed of Absolute Sale duly notarized by a Notary Public with Doc.
No. 102, Page No. 21, Book VIII, and Series of 2021.
