2. B/S & P/L of last 3 financial year along with 5 years financial statement from CA
certified.
3. Work done inhouse & outsource etc.
4. Make, Age & Calibration status of machine & Testing Equipment
5. Organization Chart with profile of Key person.
6. QAP & ITP
7. Order values for last 3 years with completion Certificates, if any.
8. Process flow diagram
9. Type test reports and their approval, if any.
10. Product / Process / Manufacturing licenses
11. TPIA Reports of inspection.
12. ISO & other Quality certifications.
13. Type testing certificates from external lab NABL/ERDA/CPRI etc., if any
14. List of bought out material suppliers.
15. Welder profile, WPS, WPQ & PQR. If applicable
16. Product Range
17. Completion certificates & performance feedback from clients of last 3 Years orders
18. Major client list with contact no. and PO for our further reference.

Please note we may ask some other documents during plant visit as per process/
system requirements.
