Global SWC515 Weigh Module Introduction

We are happy to announce the release of the model SWC515 PINMOUNT Weigh Module in the Asian
countries. Available capacities are 7.5t, 15 and 22.5t.

The SWC515 PINMOUNT weigh module is intended to greatly simplify the sales, logistics and
installation processes while providing a more competitive solution. The SWC515 PINMOUNT
combines the functions of today’s 9-20t FLEXMOUNT and CENTERLIGN in one model. At the same
time it is a big step forward with regards to competitiveness in this capacity range. The economic design
is based on the self-restoring rocker pin type load cell SLC610 which is somewhat unique due to its low
profile combined with very compact design.

Features and benefits include:

y Easy application to any vessel type; just one module design whose orientation is not critical.
y Low profile
y For static loading on inventory vessels – 360° bumper stops
y For dynamic loading on conveyors or mixers with optional stabilizers
y Can cope with wind loads due to lift off protection as standard
y Integrated safety down stops
y Easy handling and installation as the module is much lighter and the plates are rigidly aligned
for shipping/installation (with or without the load cell).
y Improved product availability and customer service, 2 weigh module kits replace 16
FLEXMOUNT/CENTERLIGN
y Low shipping costs due to low weight

y 7.5t, 15t, 22.5t weigh module assembly in both mild and stainless steel.
y Dummy load cells, spacer plates, stabilizers and dead stands.
y Spare parts on gasket, receiver and anti-rotation washer
y Pads
