3.1.3 Body Temperature All parameter values read with the help of ARM
cortex M3 processor. Receiver unit is computer and
Lm35 sensor used to measure body temperature of mobile Phone .This device able to monitor patient
patient which has self heating capability health wirelessly by using RF transmitter and
receiver which having range limitation. It means it
3.2 Processor
able to transfer and receive data at 2.4 GHz band up
Here LPC176 ARM Cortex-M3 is a general purpose, to 30 meter distance.
32-bit microprocessor, which offers high

performance and very low power consumption. LPC
1768 Processor is having inbuilt ADC and fast Here Quad band GSM 850/900/1800/1900 MHz is
frequency response so that we get output of sensor used. It controlled via AT Commands, which help to
reading at LCD and Remote PC very fast. send patients monitoring data to doctor’s mobile
phone.

IV RESULTS AND DISCUSSION
Microprocessor LPC 1768 directly measures input data of various sensors and directly display output at LCD,
Remote Pc and alert message to doctor’s mobile phone.

Graphical representation of patient’s Blood Pressure value such as Systolic (SBP), Diastolic( DBP), Heart beat
rate(BPM) according to 8 days shown in above figure. Blood pressure sensor having output 3 volt of logic level.
For varying temperature, the voltage across the LM35 temperature sensor and reading at LCD screen was observed.
They were tabulated which is shown below
At above table, theoretical output voltage and practical output voltage and corresponding LCD reading for different
temperature have been shown. Two output voltages are expected to be same but due to some limitation of LM35 and
other circuit components they are not exactly same. When temperature of patient crosses the critical temperature
(40°c) it is expected that message will send to doctor’s mobile phone.
V CONCLUSION
Device is able to record patient’s systolic, Diastolic, pulse readings, body position, and temperature. If these values
exceed up to some limit it can message to doctor’s mobile so that patient get treatment as early as possible. Patient
can monitor continuously anywhere and anytime. Device helps to get patient treatment as early as possible. System
is able to record physiological parameters on LCD and Remote PC up to 30meter range. To overcome this we have
to increase network range which is very costly so need to design economical network area device. Hence proposed
device is economical and operated at low power.
