Crinkles

brown sugar, eggs, canola
oil, cocoa powder, flour,
baking powder, baking
soda, salt, granulated
white sugar, and
confectioner sugar.

The Following pictures shows the step-by-step process of making crinkles:


In a bowl, I combined the brown sugar, eggs, canola oil, cocoa powder, and the melted chocolate. Then I
mixed it until it becomes smooth.
After that, I added the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt, then I mixed it until no flour can been
in the mixture.
And then I prepared the baking pan and put a parchment paper on it. Using an ice cream scooper, I
scoped some of the mixture and then coat it with the granulated white sugar and then after that with
the confectioner sugar, then I placed it in the prepared baking pan.
I pre-heated the oven for about 20 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius, and baked it for 12 minutes, then let
it rest on the cooling rack for 15 minutes.
