In a bowl, I combined the brown sugar, eggs, canola oil, cocoa powder, and the melted chocolate. Then I mixed it until it becomes smooth. After that, I added the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt, then I mixed it until no flour can been in the mixture. And then I prepared the baking pan and put a parchment paper on it. Using an ice cream scooper, I scoped some of the mixture and then coat it with the granulated white sugar and then after that with the confectioner sugar, then I placed it in the prepared baking pan. I pre-heated the oven for about 20 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius, and baked it for 12 minutes, then let it rest on the cooling rack for 15 minutes. Here are some pictures of the final product:
