Gardening Club

Part 2
Viết một số lý do tại sao bạn đã tham gia câu lạc bộ.
I love gardening but I don't have much experience growing vegetables, therefore I joined this
club to improve my gardening skills. In addition, making friends with some people who have
the same hobbies will be perfect.
Part 3
A: Chào mừng đến với câu lạc bộ. Bạn hãy miêu tả vài điều về khu vườn của bạn nhé.
This is a small one. It is just about 10 meter square. I have a fig tree and some vegetables,
herbs and some flowers. There is a tiny fence which I built last summer for the flowers. The
garden is small but colorful.
B: Làm vườn có phổ biến ở nước bạn không?
In Vietnam, more and more people plan to have a rooftop garden since they don't have an
actual one. In this garden, they use plastic boxes to grow vegetables, herbs and some fruits.
In my opinion, the biggest reason for having their own garden would be having more fresh
and clean food for their family.

3. Mùa yêu thích của bạn là gì và tại sao bạn thích nó?
I would prefer the Autumn. Owing to climate change, the summer in Hanoi is getting hotter
every year. The temperature would rise to 40 or over 40 degrees. It affects most of our
outdoor activities since we will be sweaty easily. The winter is also getting colder, therefore,
Autumn will be the best season for me as a person who likes playing outdoor sports.
Part 4

Q1
Hi Lisa,
Are you doing well? I hope so.
Did you know that the next talk about the Garden of Japan will be canceled? I am so
upset about it. The club will invite Mr. Jones to talk about the Garden of England for the
second time. I think he should add some other new topics otherwise the talk will be
boring.
Let me know what you think, Lisa?
Best,
Camellia
Q2
Dear manager,
My name is Camellia, and I have been a member of Travel Club for 2 years.
I am writing this in reference to our next talk. I have heard that the talk about The Garden of
Japan will be canceled. I will be really disappointed as I have been waiting for it for months.
As an alternative, shall the club invite Mr. Jones again to talk about The Garden of England? I
think our members will not be willing to attend since this is the second time of this talk.
To encourage them, I think the speaker, Mr. Jones, should mention some other new topics.
For instance, the diversity of the gardens in England or how to manage the humidity in
summer will attract the listeners.
In addition, we also should consider giving all audiences a small gift such as a guideline book
or a small plant.
I hope those ideas will help our club members to enjoy the next talk.
Best regard,
Camellia
