NDB(JAPAN) REPORT FOR VOLUNTEER FIELD

TRIP TO TSUNAMI STRICKEN MIYAGI KEN (JAPAN).

ACKNOLEGEMENT

We truly appreciate support and assistant from Mr. Kumazawa

and Ms. Tsugiyama from AI-JAPAN.

We NDB-JAPAN want to acknowledge Mr. Nakano from PFB

for her assistant and heartful support before and within this

trip.

We also appreciate that JAR provided us with two buses.

AIM AND OBJECTIVES OF FIELD TRIP

(1) To assist people of Japan who suffer from earthquake and tsunami

(2) To show solidarity with people of Japan

VOLUNTEER FIELD TRIP

NDB(JAPAN) organize 95 People strong Burmese nationals in Japan for

this field trip. Every member of this trip donated ten thousand yen
for this volunteer trip expenses. Everything needed for this trip is

provided by self funding by all team members of this volunteer trip

and some Burmese donors and everything is arranged by NDB-JAPAN.

We still have 400000 yen left from this field trip and keep it until end of June

2011 and will decide whether another trip or donate the money straight

to the Japan red cross.

Field members depart from Tokyo at 30th April 2011 8:30 pm with four

buses and one truck loaded with essential items for this trip.

and arrive at MIYAGI at about 5 am 1st May 2011 .

Those people are then divided into four groups and do their

designated job until about 3 pm and job was done with no

casualty. The team arrive back to Tokyo on 1st May 2011

at 11:30 pm safely.
