The main ingredient is mash potato ,egg yolk ,seasonings and bread 4
crumbs

Mix the mash potato with egg yolk and mix well ,if too liquid put a little
quantity breadcrumbs until thick. Secondly, add a mixture of potatoes,
egg yolk and breadcrumbs into a piping bag. Thirdly , prepare flour ,egg 5
and breadcrumbs to make coating .Coating the potato to flour then egg
and breadcrumbs .Make it shape nicely. Lastly, fry in hot oil until golden
colour
